13-Posterle

Cette haute porte en pierres taillées avec deux arcs en plein-cintre à long claveaux était la seule entrée du château.

C’est une entrée cavalière qui, par une rampe, donnait accès à la cour centrale autour de laquelle s’organisent les différents éléments de l’ensemble seigneurial.

 A droite de la Posterle on remarque les murs du premier logis (11 e siècle)

This tall gate, comprising two semicircular arches built with dressed stone and long voussoirs, was the only entrance to the castle. It allowed the passage of people on horseback, a ramp giving access to the central courtyard,  around which the lord's residence was arranged.
To the right of this gateway are the walls of the first set of living quarters (11th century)

The confrontation between the historical data and the study of the building carried out in 2013 (1) provides some keys to understanding the evolution of the whole
